You can access the order details page by clicking the order number in the order history.

Seller can configure orders to update shipping information and send notifications to customers.

• Delivery information update
  • Delivery number and delivery company settings
  • Send notifications to customers with delivery information updates by adding details

• Customer notes and employee-only notes
  • This memo can only be viewed by the page administrator.

Order status includes the following:

• Complete payment
• cancellation
• On hold (out of stock)
• Payment refused
• failure
• Waiting for payment
• complete

Delivery status includes the following:

• Packaging completed
• Pickup complete
• Delivery completed
