All bids are pre-bid. The highest amount will be submitted to the insurance company after the bidding closes. The highest amount submitted to the insurance company is either successful or rejected. If the value is significantly lower than the actual value, the insurance company may not allow the bid to be awarded.

If you are the winner of an auction, we will notify you individually. In principle, only email and messenger are used for notification. The successful bidder who is notified of the successful bid must deposit the full amount within 24 hours. You can also use your deposit to purchase a car.

Once full payment for the vehicle has been approved, we will begin the shipping process. The delivery quote for the vehicle changes every week, so you can use the quote you received or the quote we received. Your vehicle will be picked up and shipped to one of our departure ports or warehouses in Korea. You may request additional photos of your vehicle from the departure depot. We process all documents in Korea. The original title will be sent to Korea Customs, cleared, and sent to you via Express Courier Service (DHL). You will be notified of your arrival date by email or phone. You must bring your identification and original title when picking up your vehicle at your home port.

Registering with Motorsbay Auction Service is free, but vehicles valued at more than $3,000 will be charged $295. We also charge a $95 document fee. This fee includes original title express mail service to destination. A late fee of $50 per day will be applied to all unpaid vehicle purchases. If payment or confirmation of payment is not received within 5 days of purchase, the vehicle will be relisted and you will be charged a minimum of $1000 or 20% of the bid amount or the vehicle will be sold and all applicable costs of reselling the vehicle will be charged to the deposit.You may request additional photos of your vehicle from the departure depot.
