Refund and Return
1. Return and Refund Application
Pursuant to this Policy and Terms of Service, the Buyer may apply for a return or refund of the Product (“Product”) purchased before the expiration of the Motorsbay return period specified in the Terms.
Motorsbay provides services at the request of users to assist users in handling specific situations that may arise in the course of the transaction. You may access personal communications or relevant local authorities to resolve disputes in your use of this Policy and the Services.
2. Request for return
Buyers can apply for refunds and returns only in the following circumstances:
1. If the buyer does not receive the goods
2. If the product is defective or damaged
3. Products that do not match the specifications ordered from the seller (size, color, etc.)
4. If it is different from the description notified by the seller
If the buyer requests a return, the product must be submitted within 7 days from the date of arrival, and must arrive at the designated location within 14 days.
Approval of Buyer’s refund and return requests will be made in Motosbay`s sole discretion. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Motosbay`s decision is final, conclusive and binding, and promises and agrees that it will not bring any action or assert any claim against Motosbay or its affiliates in connection with such decision.
If the Buyer initiates legal action against the Seller, the Buyer may request an official notice from Motosbay requesting that Motosbay retain the purchase amount pending an official decision. Motosbay, in its sole discretion, shall determine whether it should retain the purchase amount.
3. Seller’s privilege
In the event of a dispute with the buyer’s return request, refund and return may be authorized at the discretion of Motosbay, and the seller agrees to comply with Motosbay-approved request for refund or return and to take all necessary actions.
Notwithstanding a refund decision approved by Motosbay, Seller may appeal the decision by providing evidence to support the dispute.
If Motosbay upholds the seller’s appeal, all or part of the amount will be paid to the seller.
Seller acknowledges and agrees that Motosbay`s decision is final, conclusive and binding, and agrees not to bring or assert any claim against Motosbay and its affiliates with respect to the decision.
4. Return Conditions
When returning a product, the product must be returned in the condition it was received. If the product is returned in an incomplete condition, the return will not be complete.
In the case of used products, sellers must guarantee the product using their own signature or barcode sticker.
The seller is obliged to make his own mark on the product.
If the used lights or modules that have been marked with barcodes or in their own way are defective in the automobile electrical system, the seller must actively try to exchange them. Although such a thing should not happen, the seller must check the mark before delivery to prepare for the risk of fraud by the buyer and must have a photo.
The buyer has an obligation not to damage the markings and barcodes.
If the markings and barcode are damaged, return request will not be accepted.
5. Responsibility for product shipping fee and return shipping fee
5-1) In case of a mistake on the part of the seller (eg damage, defect, wrong product), the seller bears the product shipping fee and return shipping fee.
5-2) In the case of a simple change of mind of the buyer, the buyer must obtain the seller’s consent before requesting a return, and the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
5-3) In the event of an objection between the seller and the buyer of the responsibility for the shipping fee, Motosbay, in its sole discretion, will determine the party responsible for the shipping fee.
5-4) Even if the buyer uses the free shipping promotion (voucher), the seller or the buyer must bear the return shipping fee of the buyer, and in the case of the free shipping promotion conducted by Motosbay, the return shipping fee must be paid.
5-5) Refund The buyer will be refunded after confirming that the seller has received the returned product. If the seller does not receive notification that the returned item has not arrived within the specified time, Motosbay may refund the amount to the buyer without further notice to the seller. Refunds will be made in the same method the buyer used to pay.
6. Return and refund period.
6-1) Return, Exchange and Refund Request Period The buyer must request a return, exchange or refund within 10 days of the product’s arrival.

Refunds and exchanges are not possible if the product has not arrived within 14 days or within 10 days after receiving the product.
7. Communication between Buyer and Seller
Buyers can communicate with sellers via chat on the website. is. Encourage users to communicate with each other in case of problems. If there is a problem with the product or purchase item, you must directly contact the related problem.
8. Returns for promotions, specials and discounts
Promotions, specials, and discount products are introduced on the product page and promotion page. Promotion, special price, and discount products cannot be returned or exchanged and refund. In the case of the free shipping promotion, returns and exchanges are possible, but the customer must pay the round-trip shipping cost used for returns and exchanges as described in Section 5-4.
11. Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy
11-1) Buyers can cancel, exchange, or return an order within 7 days of product arrival or the product must arrive within the deadline specified by the seller.
11-2) Buyer understands that Products may be backordered prior to delivery and Seller may cancel Buyer’s order in advance.
11-3) If the reason for cancellation, exchange or return is a simple change of mind, the buyer must pay the full round-trip shipping cost.
11-4) If the reason for cancellation, exchange or return is a product defect, the buyer must provide a reasonable basis according to the refund and return policy. In the case of used products, return requests will not be accepted if the seller damages the marked part through his or her own methods.
11-5) If the buyer requests a refund in accordance with Section 12-4, the refund will be issued after the product arrives in the country.
11-6) Promotions, specials, and discount products are introduced on the product page and promotion page. Promotion, special price, and discount products cannot be returned or exchanged and refund.
