Seller Policy

1-4) MOTORSBAY reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of this Site or Services at any time or with notice in accordance with local law. 2. Payment

If withdrawals are not free, a fee of 0.5usd will be charged, and the fee rate may change at MOTORSBAY's discretion. Fees will be deducted from your wallet at the authority of MOTORSBAY. Withdrawal requests cannot be modified or canceled once requested.

2-2 The time for product sales to be completed is as follows.
(1) 7 days from the date the delivered product is delivered to the buyer

4. Seller's Responsibilities

4-1) Seller must continuously update product inventory and information and must not post inaccurate or misleading information.

4-2) Sellers can conduct promotional activities to sell their products.

4-3) The seller must issue a receipt upon the buyer’s request.

4-4) MOTORSBAY may post products to third parties or on the Motorsbay website to promote the seller's products.

4-5) The Seller acknowledges and agrees that various actions may be taken in case of violation of the policy.
4-6) The Seller must do its best to package the product to prevent damage or contamination of the product. I do.

4-7) Seller must actively respond to disputes such as customer service and product A/S.

4-8) To prevent fraud or disputes with buyers, sellers must attach a non-removable protective tag such as a barcode to the product.

5. Fee

MOTORSBAY charges a transaction fee for every successfully completed transaction. Transaction fees are borne by the seller and are calculated as a percentage of the buyer's purchase price. Commission rates can be found in the seller's terms and conditions.
