Delivery

1) If a seller wants to sell using his/her own shipping method, he can request it from Motorsbay.

2) If the seller wishes to ship the product, the seller must ensure that the product is shipped within 3 business days. Anything longer than 3 business days will negatively impact your seller rating.

3)In the case of purchase using the seller’s delivery method other than Motorsbay`s designated delivery service in the items of 1), if the buyer does not receive the product within the expected period, report it to Motorsbay and the seller is responsible for handling the buyer’s complaint There is this. 4) The user should understand that the purchased items are warranted only by taking all risks involved in delivery and obtaining appropriate insurance for delivery. 

Motorsbay is not responsible for any damage, loss or non-delivery during shipping, and sellers and buyers should contact their logistics service provider to resolve such disputes.

5) All transactions of Motorsbay are cross-border and will be shipped from overseas. In the process of exporting and importing products, it is understood that each local legal regulation is applied, and the user should be familiar with all import and export restrictions applicable to the designated country in advance.
You acknowledge that Motorsbay cannot provide advice on this and agree that it assumes no risks and liabilities related to imports and exports.

6) Motorsbay shall be deemed to have received the Product in accordance with the Policy if the Buyer fails to notify within the reasonable period specified in the Policy regarding the delivery and dissatisfaction of the Goods.
Motorsbay is not responsible for any damages and costs incurred between users and should be discussed between users or with the delivery service provider.

7) Delivery Date

Any shipping dates or periods are considered representations and not warranties.
It is our policy to require sellers to ship products within 3 business days; any delivery exceeding 3 business days will result in supplier evaluation.
Buyers will receive their products within 6-7 days with fastest shipping if the seller ships within 3 business days.
It is our policy to ship all orders within 2-5 business days, we aim to deliver quickly.
Any product that is not in stock at the time of order will be shipped to the customer as soon as possible after receipt from the manufacturer.
Sellers can avoid receiving negative seller evaluations by marking products as in-stock and available for order through product inventory management.

Some products may be shipped overseas or within the buyer's country. Delivery time may be delayed if shipped from overseas other than your country.

8) SHIPPING

We ship to any location worldwide covered by major international postal services. The ordered product is delivered through Motorsbay`s official logistics partner.
The customer can decide the shipping method with the logistics partner.
Orders shipped to addresses outside of South Korea typically arrive within 3-5 days, but may take longer if delayed due to customs or other conditions within the destination country. 9) Where goods have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging within the dates Motorsbay and customers decide. 

If there is a problem with the product or a dispute regarding exchange or refund, you can contact customer service.

In the event of a damaged or lost parcel, Motorsbay will forward a claim to the appropriate courier on the behalf of the customer. 
Motorsbay will liaise with the customer to replace or trace the missing item(s). 
Failure to give accurate information while making a claim may lead to a prosecution from the courier company.

10) Most shipping costs are confirmed, but for some parts, shipping rates may not be accurate. If the shipping cost of some parts is significantly different from the shipping cost specified for the product, Motors Bay may charge additional shipping costs

Shipping Partner policies

1) Fedex

For complete terms and conditions governing FedEx services, please refer to the reverse side of the FedEx International Air Waybill, and the Standard Conditions of Carriage to which they refer. In the event of any inconsistency, the limits of liability set out below shall take precedence.

1-1) Fedex Special handling fee (unit: KRW) 1-1-1) Indirect Signature This option is not available for all shipments or all destinations. Total freight to a private residence in the United States or Canada

Special handling fee of 4,000 won per shipment other than Freight (heavy cargo) will be applied if the amount of the sending amount is less than USD 500 or CAD 500 can.

1-1-2) Direct signature Freight (heavy freight) will be charged if the total declared freight amount for shipments arriving at a personal residence in the United States or Canada is less than USD500 or CAD500 A special handling charge of KRW 4,600 per item other than cargo may be applied. Please note that if you select ‘Signature’, you may not be able to change the shipping address.

1-1-3) Address correction and change fee 14,600 won per shipment
1-1-4) Duties/Taxes If a shipment is subject to duties and taxes, FedEx will act on behalf of the party responsible for paying the amount levied on the shipment. You can pay. In this case, the paying party is responsible for paying FedEx surcharges depending on the type of shipment and destination. You must repay taxes and taxes to FedEx. Additional service charges and other information 

1) Declared Value for Carriage Additional Charges

FedEx’s liability for loss, damage or delay in shipment is limited to the greater of $100 per shipment or $20 per kg, whichever is greater. is limited to Exact limits are expressed in Special Drawing Rights or local currency (WON for Korean). The exact amount may vary depending on the country/region of departure and the exchange rate of the cargo. FedEx Envelope/Pak: International Priority Express/ Priority/Economy (IPE/IP/IE): International Priority/Economy Freight (IPF/IEF): Specialties such as works of art, antiques, glassware, jewellery, precious metals, furs, etc. Freight with star price items: 100 USD (or local currency equivalent) 50,000 USD (or local currency equivalent) 100,000 USD (or local currency equivalent) $1,000 or $20.00 per kilogram, whichever is greater


Purchase and Payment

Purchase

1) Payment methods can be used for all payment methods by countries around the world using Paypal, Paymentwall and global payment services, and will be added continuously.
Customers can use payment by following the instructions of each payment method.

2) Motorsbay shall retain possession of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and payment is cleared.

3) Upon receipt of delivery, all risks related to the product pass onto the Customer

4) Motorsbay shall not be liable and shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Buyer as a result of the Buyer’s incorrect remittance in relation to the shipping and/or payment information entered by the Buyer or payment for the items purchased.
We reserve the right to verify whether a buyer is legitimately authorized to use a particular payment method, and may suspend a transaction until such authorization is verified or cancel such transaction if verification is not possible.

5) The current payment system can only pay users through bank transfer. Therefore, users are required to provide their bank information to the company in advance in order to receive payments, such as selling items or refunds.

Payment

Users can receive the sales proceeds as follows.
The seller can receive credit to the account up to 30 business days after the sale of the product is completed.  The balance of the account can be withdrawn, and you can withdraw once per week for free. If the withdrawal is not free, a fee of 0.5usd will be charged, and the fee rate may be changed at Motorsbay`s discretion.
The fee is deducted from the wallet with the authority of Motorsbay. Withdrawal requests cannot be modified or canceled once requested.

2 The time when the sale of the product is completed is as follows.
(1) 7 days after the product delivered has been delivered to the purchaser
(2) In the case of a refund request, within 1 business day after the product is returned
(3) In the case of an exchange request, the time of 7 days after the product is exchanged
